Ali Simpson's coaching, mentorship, and speaking services are offered through Kingdom Alignment. Text messages related to this website are sent under the Kingdom Alignment name.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to submit any form on it, to opt in to receive text messages from us, or to enter into a coaching, mentorship, consultation or speaking arrangement with us.

The Nature of Our Services

Through Kingdom Alignment, Ali Simpson offers faith-based coaching, mentorship, consultation and speaking. This work is grounded in her own faith, experience and perspective.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. We do not promise, guarantee or warrant any particular result from working with us. What you get out of this work depends on many things, most of them yours.

Applications and Discovery Calls

The application form on this site is a request to be considered, not an agreement to work together. Submitting it does not guarantee that you will be accepted, and we may decline an application or recommend a different kind of support at our discretion.

A discovery call is a conversation to explore whether working together is the right fit. It is offered at no charge and carries no obligation on either side.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed sessions without notice, may not be rescheduled. Repeatedly missing scheduled calls without notice may mean we are unable to offer you another.

Speaking Engagements

Submitting a speaking inquiry does not confirm Ali's participation in your event. All inquiries are reviewed, and availability, terms, fees and travel arrangements are agreed separately and in writing before any engagement is confirmed.

Fees, Payment and Refunds

Where a service carries a fee, the amount, the payment schedule, and the refund and cancellation terms are set out in a separate written agreement provided to you before you commit. Those agreed terms govern that engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a particular price.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Kingdom Alignment's text messaging program is optional. If you check the SMS consent box(es) on our coaching application or speaking inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from Kingdom Alignment at +1 928-975-2035:

• Non-marketing. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your application, inquiry, and services.
• Marketing (only if you check the second box). Updates, resources, and event or program announcements.

• Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process.
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Your Responsibilities

When using this site or working with us, you agree that you will:

• Give accurate and honest information on any form you submit
• Not use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Treat Ali and her team with basic courtesy and respect

We may decline to work with anyone, or end an arrangement, where these expectations are not met.

Confidentiality

What you share in a coaching or consultation context is treated as private and is not discussed with others outside our team, except where we are required to disclose it by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm. Please note that coaching does not carry the legal privilege that applies to licensed therapists, attorneys or clergy in certain contexts.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images, design, and any materials shared with you as part of working together, belongs to Kingdom Alignment or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. You may of course use materials shared with you for your own personal use.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

This site and our messages may link to other websites and platforms, including social media and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we do not warrant that any information on it is complete or current. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
