Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill in the coaching application on this site, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and Instagram handle, along with your answers about what you would like support with, where you are right now, what you would like to be different, how ready you feel to begin, and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you submit a speaking inquiry, we ask for your name, organization, email address, phone number, and details about your event, including its name, location, date, expected audience size, type, topic and budget.

Some of these answers may describe personal circumstances, beliefs, relationships or wellbeing. You decide how much to share. Nothing beyond the fields marked as required is necessary to submit a form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns, not to identify you personally.

Information from communication with us

If you call, text, email or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation.

How We Use Your Information

We do not use the personal circumstances you share in an application for advertising, audience targeting or any purpose other than supporting you directly.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Kingdom Alignment sends text messages only to people who choose to opt in. Our coaching application and speaking inquiry forms each include two optional SMS consent checkboxes. Neither box is pre-checked, and you can submit either form without checking them.

• Non-marketing messages. If you check the first box, you agree to receive text messages from Kingdom Alignment at +1 928-975-2035 about your application, inquiry, and services, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
• Marketing messages. If you check the second box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Kingdom Alignment at +1 928-975-2035, including updates, resources, and event or program announcements.

• Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process.
• Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP to any text, or email us at the address above.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and it does not affect your application or any service you have already arranged with us.

Phone calls and email

If you include your phone number and email address on a form, we may call or email you about your application or inquiry. This is separate from text messaging.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, lead generation or promotional purposes.

We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. We use trusted companies to run our business, such as our customer relationship and scheduling platform, our email and text messaging providers, and our website host. They may process your information only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. If we are required to disclose information by law, court order or valid governmental request.
• Safety. If we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or to someone else, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfer. If the business is ever sold or transferred, information may pass to the new owner, subject to this policy.

Age Requirement

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, to work with us, or to opt in to receive text messages. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
